My overall experience to date with my Marketing Director has been very positive. Although my situation is somewhat more challenging, I feel that we are proceeding with the right approach.

Although there is a lot of information to digest, it is presented in an easy to understand approach. Also, having the campaign agenda and knowing I can contact my Marketing Director if I have questions will be very beneficial going forward.

Lastly, the functionality of the website has been impressive.

I found my meeting with Jim Q to be instructive and very encouraging. It is evident from the marketing materials he presented to me that quite a bit of thought went into the creative process; I would not have thought of such a strong value statement of myself.

Much of the material for the resumes and letters was based on my responses to his clarifying questions after I submitted my SOAR stories -- his "fishing" for details led me to a better understanding and appreciation of past work.
